A Review Of The Lean Belly Prescription

We all know that having a lot of belly fat generally is a problem. Not only does it give us those unattractive and upsetting ‘muffin tops’, it can add pressure to our bodies and contribute to things like diabetes, coronary issues and more. Now, though, there is a book called the Lean Belly Prescription that’s promising to help you drop the muffin top and get healthy at the same time. The book has been assessed in many different places and we wanted to know if its contents were really better than anything else online, so we decided to take a closer look at it.

The book can be acquired through normal booksellers like Borders, Barnes and Noble, and Amazon.com. This is a superb indicator because it adds legitimacy to the project. It likewise makes it more worth getting since you won’t have to worry about lots of affiliates featuring overly inflated reviews to make sure that they earn lots of commissions even if the book isn’t helpful. This guide has been composed by Travis Stork. You may possibly recall him from the show “The Bachelor” or maybe identify him as one of the doctors on the syndicated daytime show “The Doctors.” Obviously, however, he’s more than a tv character. He is a true medical doctor who works in an emergency room at a respectable hospital.

The book was made as a way to promote his Pick 3 to Lean plan. Pick 3 to Lean is a program that allows you to customize your eating and lifestyle habits but doesn’t pressure you to spend a bunch of time working out. This program promises that you will be able to lose weight and never have to abstain from any of the things you like the most (food, free time, etc). The plan is centered on the N.E.A.T (or Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) theory. This is the theory of being able to burn calories without having to work out.

From what we can see, the book makes lots and lots of promises but doesn’t offer any new or important information. In fact, most of the advice found in this book can be found through a few simple Google searches and basic common sense. It will even be disappointing for those who are hoping for some real reasoning behind the instructions they are given. The guide does not go into theory very much whatsoever. It only gives readers a variety of directions and plans and tells them to follow them. If you are somebody who wants to have a clear cut plan to follow but who doesn’t want to have to worry about the particulars of the plan, this might be the book you are looking for.

Regular thought tells us that the best way to lose pounds is exercise and good eating habits. This book defies that sort of logic so we don’t actually know whether or not it is going to work as well as it promises to. Of course, today, if you can get your doctor’s blessing (from your own doctor, not the writer of the book), anything at all is worth looking at!
